Kalimba is a musical instrument belonging to the group of plucked idiophones. It is primarily an African instrument, but also found in other parts of the world. The instrument consists of a box resonator to which metal plates are attached. The plates are held on one side by a cross metal bar while the other end vibrates freely. It has 10 metal plates and is made of mahogany wood. The sound of this instrument is soothing :) The set includes the instrument, stickers with the names of the sounds and a case.
